Rochelle Felsburg is originally from Michigan.  She studied at Moody Bible Institute and Grand Valley
State University, receiving two degrees in Church Music and Music Theory/Composition.  She loves to
bring out the music in kids. Her experience includes:

* 17 years of private lesson teaching (piano, voice, theory)
*  15 years of teaching in private schools, ages Pre-K music through high school level
*  2 years as Director of Education at Jordan Kitts Music, Springfield, VA   (teaching children through
senior adults)
*  10 years of children's church choir leadership
*  1 year as an interim director of music at a local Baptist church
*  Several published pieces
*  Her compositions have won several song-writing contests
*  Nominated "Who's Who" of American Teachers Association

Rochelle has completed Master's level courses in education.  She recently released her first CD entitled,
"Life Giver".  Rochelle sings in the choir and plays keyboard as well as leading the band for the "Sounds
of Praise" worship team here at Spotswood Baptist.

Rochelle's family includes Jimmy, age 9, and husband, Darren,  who works for the State Department in
embassy security. She enjoys cooking, books, antiques, and her three cats.

Rochelle teaches private piano, voice, saxophone, and composition out of her home here in
Fredericksburg.  (Mondays and Tuesdays.)

Rochelle looks forward to getting to know you and watching your child grow in the wonderful world of
music!
Amy Elliott
Teacher, Licensed Kindermusik Educator
Private horn, piano, trumpet, beginning guitar instructor










Amy Elliott is originally from Pennsylvania.  She graduated from
Shenandoah Conservatory with her Bachelors in Music Education.  Her
experience includes:

* Middle school band director in public and private schools
* High school band director in a private school
* Teacher of general music for 1st-6th graders
* Piloting an adaptive music class for children with special needs

Amy works with and directs various camps during the summer and has
years of experience leading praise & worship teams in churches.

Amy currently teaches privately a full studio of piano, guitar, and brass
students out of her home here in Fredericksburg. (Monday-Wednesdays,
and on Saturdays).

She performs frequently throughout the area with various orchestras and
ensembles.  Amy feels especially blessed to serve here in the Spotswood
Baptist Church orchestra, Psalm 150.

Amy enjoys camping and her dog, Grace.
She loves to see children excel in music and the arts.


Sylvia Frejd
Teacher, Licensed Kindermusik Educator

Sylvia attended Azusa Pacific University as a Vocal Performance
major.  She has taken Master's Level Classes in Worship and has
a Master's Degree in Ministry.

Sylvia's experience includes:
* 22 years of teaching experience (voice and piano)
* published pieces with Integrity Music
* appearances on "Focus on the Family", "The Gaither Cruise",
and at the Saddleback Church, Crystal Cathedral, and Trinity
Broadcast Network.
* 2 published CD's:  "You Alone" and "Renew Me"
* Published book entitled, "My Daily Purpose Journal"
* Years of leading worship conferences all over the world
* Led worship for Ruth Graham and Friends Womens'
 Conferences.

Sylvia's desire is to train people in music in order for them to use
their musical talent and ablity to build up and bless the body of
Christ.

She currently serves as Contemporary Worship Leader here at
Spotswood Baptist Church.
